If you possess precision, eye for detail and enjoy accountability, this is a great next opportunity! Working on business critical projects across technologies, we are looking for a well-rounded Project Manager who has operated at a senior level for the last few years. With retail industry experience, and knowledge of retail buying systems (ERP), you will coordinate efforts from beginning to end including management of budgets and forecasts. Join us to be a global market leader as our brands change the perception of fashion.

Your New Career

With retail industry experience a key requirement given scope of ERP projects in pipeline, your background includes business change management programs where you have brokered processes, and maintained project parameters. The chance to work on uniquely retail projects with significant technology changes will see you facilitating workshops to corral the business.

You have drive and passion to handle the challenges of a retail environment; resourceful and skilled at multi-tasking. Utilising knowledge of retail business operations, you can navigate the dichotomy of cultural conflicts, and walk in the shoes of a customer in each decision you make. A business-facing role, you will leverage your interpersonal skills and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

With over six years in the field and established career in end-to-end project management, you have spent the last 3+ years in a senior capacity, and possess:

  • Strong communication to interact and fulfil partnership, ensuring goals are targeted
  • Capability in implementing change management strategies
  • Experience with portfolio management in particular resource demand and capacity planning, and/or time and attendance exposure will be looked upon favourably.
  • Ability to assemble project plans; directing and monitoring on a daily basis, assessing resource needs, managing risk, and escalating functional, quality and timeline issues appropriately
  • Ability to manage projects at multiple levels, and identify and communicate tactical and strategic opportunities, prioritising tasks, deadlines and tracking milestones

With a proactive, consultative and professional approach, you will focus on business process and initial work around integration and ERP projects for our retail brands.
