Your New Career

Join in this newly created role, managing end-to-end processes, and working collaboratively with digital teams. Reporting directly to a Marketing Manager passionate about coaching and training, you will still be able to think on your feet, and possess excellent communication skills as you apply previous marketing knowledge to take responsibility of –


  • Email Marketing: Briefing of emails, tracking weekly EDMs and performance, providing recommendations and improvements
  • Local Area Marketing: Liaison with centre's coordinating weekly campaigns and imagery
  • Content: Organise and execute photo-shoots, and gain insight on product/ranges from retail buyers for content planning
  • Point of Sale: Compile POS briefs per store dependant on promotions and campaigns
  • Public Relations + Social Media: Working with brand digital team to align marketing calendar. Briefing designers, plotting and scheduling posts across Pinterest, Facebook in line with themes.  Coordinating press samples and images 
  • Loyalty: Manage CRM program in line with targets including acquisition, retention, reactivation
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly analysis and reporting
  • Financials: Managing invoices, and updating marketing budget


You will play a key part in the team as you assist and coordinate development of marketing strategies and concepts. We are looking for someone who is truly interested in retail and ideally fashion and apparel. On offer is a role providing diversity in marketing – touching on store POS, digital and social marketing related work to drive brand awareness, change perceptions and behaviours to improve customer experience!
