Working within a fun and high energy close knit team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward the ecommerce website and supporting digital/social strategies. This is a hands on role focusing daily on website management and maintenance, publishing, deploying and optimising content to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and the website is accurately maintained. You will also work with agencies to implement manage and drive SEO, SEM and affiliates.

The ideal candidate will be creative and tech savy having eCommerce/CMS (preferably hybris) and coding experience, be highly organised to manage this fast-paced work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to drive online trade to achieve budgeted sales, ACS and UPT targets.
  • Lead the development of the digital strategy and online promotional calendar alongside key stakeholders. Developing specific tactical online activity whilst ensuring it is in line with overarching brand marketing calendar.
  • Setting up and driving all promotional activity as per the promotional calendar. Always striving to improve technical capabilities and effectively championing the brand with implementing future technical advancements hand in hand with IT
  • Manage the upload and optimisation of products online. Ensuring stock is up to date, accurate and merchandised well to drive conversion and sales
  • Work closely with the ecommerce coordinator to manage and deploy digital content across websites, social media, eDMs and banner campaigns
  • Manage third party relationships where relevant and driving growth and return from these channels
  • Work with the Marketing and VM team to ensure online content is inline and cohesive with instore.
  • Ensure relevant brand guidelines are adhered to ensure the website and E-Marketing communications maintain and accurately portray the brand
  • Competent in implementing and deploying digital strategy; including website management, content development; social media, eCRM, mobile, online advertising, blogger engagement/outreach, SEM/SEO, online customer acquisition and user experience.
  • Implement online customer acquisition and retention strategies.


What you need to succeed


The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Hyrbis or CMS experience;
  • Skilled in HTML coding
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, social media and email marketing;
  • Briefed and produced digital content and campaign assets
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • An enthusiastic and creative mindset.
