We are looking for an eager individual interested in supporting our HR team with administration. You responsibilities will have a key focus on support with onboarding and off boarding of our team members, and preparing information for Payroll, crosschecking and validating data. Your New Career

Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will day to day support the Retail Operations and Head Office HR team with general employment relations matters from paperwork and electronic filing, to queries and correspondence with team members, over time gaining exposure to processes and building your knowledge.

 

Your duties will see you juggling multiple tasks, creating relationships with internal business partners as you process new team packs, generate and issue contract documentation, action variations, and liaise closely with Payroll on a monthly basis to notify of new starters / leavers and changes to team member terms and conditions of employment. You will also be involved in support work for structural changes, visa nomination and sponsorship applications.  

 

This is a great opportunity offering variety and exposure to different aspects of human resources and business operations. This includes joining a broader department with Learning & Development, Payroll and Talent Acquisition functions. Additionally you will have the chance to use your initiative and learn as you build a solid foundation for an HR career.

 

This position would suit a strong administrator seeking exposure to HR, keen to grow their skills, or an experienced individual on the lookout for a new support role in a fast paced environment to sink their teeth into. This role will see you provide quality HR assistance to our internal stakeholders and your professional and positive nature coupled with a can-do attitude will see you succeed.

NB we will commence interviewing for this position this month in December.
