Your New Career

As an experienced Executive Assistant you will proactively manage high level diary management and organisation of a down to earth & entrepreneurial Brand Director. As a business we value humility and employee people with a strong work ethic; this is an executive support role but it is also very hands on and you need to have a customer service attitude and approach. Additionally, you will bring a professional and warm personality, the ability to network and build relationships across the broader business to establish yourself as a trusted, key point of contact. 

Supporting in a 1:1 capacity, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary and travel management and monitoring of calendar
  • Management of communication and correspondence including incoming phone calls, organisation of Outlook  and prioritisation all communications
  • Booking of all internal and external stakeholder appointments and internal appointments including weekly meetings, conferences and monthly meetings
  • Meeting preparation including board packs and reports
  • Organisation of complex national and international travel arrangements  including multi-country itineraries
  • Creation of reports and presentation compilation using MS PowerPoint
  • Administration for all brand strategy  projects including involvement in brand global strategy  meetings

 

You will have:

Your role will play a crucial part in supporting the Brand Director and therefore your prior experience working at this level is necessary. You will demonstrate initiative and be able to make quick commercially savvy decisions. You will have proven experience in a similar EA role acknowledging that with this level role personal administration duties are also included.
